A Texas native, I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1974, majoring in Psychology with a Social Work minor. My Master of Social Work (MSW) is from Boston University in 1978. After working several years in Boston as a clinician I returned to school in Houston and earned an MBA from Rice University in 1983. I entered private practice in 2014 after many years working with children, adults and families.
